Environmental problems have become a serious concern for all people on Earth. Today, sustainable development is considered a key concept in many economic, social, and political planning. The term "development" refers to improving the level and quality of life for individuals and enhancing the welfare of society, while "sustainability" refers to the continuation of this process across generations. Developing a culture of environmental conservation is the responsibility of the government and requires the participation of all segments of society, including men, youth, children, and most importantly, women. The research method is library-based. Women, if empowered, can play a significant role in environmental conservation. Environmental problems are rooted in culture; solving these problems requires changing people's culture. It is also necessary to understand the complex network of relationships and power structures that create these problems, and to take action to improve the state of the Earth with the participation of all people, the government, and other non-governmental organizations.
