The planet's climate can change naturally or under the influence of human activities. Modern humans, through the use of fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions, have fueled climate change and accelerated global warming. Therefore, agriculture will need to adapt to these changes in order to ensure its survival and sustainability. Plant models are commonly used to identify and understand the impact of climate change on agriculture and to evaluate adaptation strategies, given agricultural systems and the complex nature of climate change. This article reviews studies on the effects of climate change on the growth and yield of agricultural products. In these studies, growth simulation models have been used as an effective tool to analyze the effects of climate change on agricultural products from different perspectives. The results of this study show that by the middle of this century, the phenomenon of climate change will have significant consequences on many climatic indicators related to agriculture, since the importance of each of these indicators on different plant species. Evaluating the response of crops to these changes will require case studies. In this regard, the effect of climate change on the growth and yield of agricultural products shows the significant effect of this phenomenon on agricultural products. Since the relationship between climate and living life is a two-way relationship, human beings today have chosen two main ways to deal with or cope with the phenomenon of climate change, which are: adaptation and reduction of intensity. Adaptation refers to the lack of living environment and the reduction of intensity to prevent its occurrence or reduction.
