The issue of environmental protection has attracted the attention of scholars for centuries. Forty years ago, for example, Dennis Medouz, in his report on Growth Restrictions at the Club of Rome, addressed the question of how humans adapt to the physical limitations of the planet Earth. In this report, he informed the people that the way we have taken to consume natural resources can not continue in this way and the ecological constraints of the human world will force some of their capital and manpower to deal with these constraints. Used in a way that will reduce the average quality of human life.
